Questions worth answering plainly.
What do I have to give you to start?
A work email. We send a six-digit code, you type it on the same screen, and your workspace exists. No password, no company profile, no card. We ask for your company details on your second visit, once you have seen what the product does.
What counts against my ten carriers?
Each new carrier you open. Coming back to a carrier you already opened costs nothing: it is yours, and you can reopen it, work it, and export its file as often as you like. So ten carriers means ten carriers, not ten page views.
What happens when I have used all ten?
Nothing you already have goes away. Those ten carriers stay open to you for good. Carrier 11 is where a plan starts, and we email you before you get to the last one so it is never a surprise.
How does the free monitoring work?
Pick one carrier and put it under watch. FleetRize checks it every day for 30 days and emails you when something moves: a new crash, insurance about to lapse, authority revoked, fresh reincarnation signals. At the end of the window the watch switches itself off, and we tell you before it does.
What data sources power FleetRize?
FleetRize runs on FMCSA's public safety, authority, and registration data, refreshed on a daily snapshot, plus enrichment data for identity and reincarnation signals. Every score and flag traces back to a named source.
How is monitoring billed?
Monitoring is included with every plan, not a per-carrier add-on. Paid plans watch as many carriers as you want, for as long as you want. Starter watches one carrier for 30 days so you can see what a real alert looks like.
How many seats can I add?
Team plans include unlimited seats. Add or remove teammates any time; nobody pays extra just to open a carrier file.
What's your security posture?
FleetRize runs on modern, encrypted infrastructure with role-based access controls, and SOC 2 Type II is in progress. Enterprise plans add custom data retention and dedicated review.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts and no cancellation fees. Downgrade to Starter and your ten carriers are still there, or close your account whenever it stops making sense for your book.
Are flagged carriers ever auto-declined?
No. Rules never decline; people do.
