Using FleetRize

By using this site or the FleetRize product, you agree to use them only for their intended purpose: evaluating and monitoring carrier risk, in line with applicable law.

Accounts and access

Anyone can open a workspace with a work email; we sign you in with a code sent to that address rather than a password. You are responsible for the security of that inbox and for activity under your account. Paid plans are governed by the agreement your company signs with us.

The free start

A new workspace includes a set number of carrier files at no cost, and one carrier under daily monitoring for a limited period. Opening a carrier you have not opened before uses one file; returning to a carrier already in your workspace does not, and those carriers stay available to you after the free files are used. The free monitoring ends on its own at the end of its period. We may adjust these amounts for new workspaces, and we will not reduce what an existing workspace already has.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site or product, interfere with their normal operation, or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product and company evolve. We’ll post the current version here with its effective date.
