What spends one: Opening a carrier you have never opened before. That is the only thing that moves the counter.
What does not: Coming back to a carrier you already opened. It is yours: reopen it, work it, pull its file, share it with your desk, as often as you want. Ten carriers means ten carriers, not ten page views.
What the watch does: Pick one carrier and put it under monitoring. Every day FleetRize re-checks it and emails you when something moves: a new crash, insurance about to lapse, authority revoked, fresh reincarnation signals. After 30 days the watch switches itself off on its own.
